Your students will talk about art like an expert

We visited ARCO -the famous international contemporary art fair- to film a video that will allow your AP Spanish students to talk about a kind of art that is so hard to grasp. Art experts from different countries (Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Cuba, Guatemala, Mexico, Peru and Spain) gave us clear answers to the following questions:

The activities included in the lesson will help your students understand the video, and see the main points of those who are in favor and against contemporary art. The objectives of this unit are:

  • Context: Las artes visuales y escénicas
  • Communication skills: Students will be able to give their opinions about contemporary art.
  • Vocabulary: Art.

Take your students to the most important contemporary art fair of the Spanish world, and get them ready to talk about art like an expert!
