You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages or other content from the website for your own personal and professional use, subject to the restrictions set out below and elsewhere in these terms and conditions.

If Bablingua provides you with a user ID and password to enable you to access restricted areas of this website or other content or services, you must ensure that the user ID and password are kept confidential.
Bablingua may disable your user ID and password at Bablingua’s sole discretion without notice or explanation.
5 – Rules of account use
Bablingua is a site for teachers and school administrators. The website is not available to any users under the age of 18. Students should access the resources through https://flippedspanish.com/ and get their usernames and passwords through their teachers.
6 – User subscriptions
Individual teachers, schools and universities can buy a subscription from us to get access to our resources for a limited period of time. Users are not allowed to publish their usernames and passwords in public sites.
7 – Accuracy of the provided information
As teachers, it’s our goal to share our language and culture with your students in the best possible way. We really make an effort to make all the information of the different lessons totally accurate, and we’re open to change all the content that may not follow that goal. Having said that, please keep in mind that this site and its components are offered for informational purposes only; this site shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the site, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information.
8 – Advertiser relationships
Bablingua does not accept any kind of advertisements. Any products or services showed in our videos or activities are just a consequence of filming outdoors in real environments, but we do not endorse any products or services, or accept any compensation to display them.
9 – Payment policy and refunds
We accept online payments with credit cards, as well as checks and wire transfers. Online payments are managed by Stripe, which means we do not have access at any time to any credit card details, and therefore we do not store them. Schools that are not satisfied with their subscription can get a full refund within the first month after purchasing the subscription.

10 – Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Bablingua without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
11 – Termination in case of abuse
Teachers can download, print, modify and copy the activities included in the lessons. They can also play the videos without any kind of limits, and school account users are allowed to download the videos to their own devices. The only reason to terminate the subscription would be to resell or redistribute material from this website, except for content specifically and expressly made available for redistribution.
12 – Modification of the terms
Bablingua reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will announce that these changes have been made on our home page and on other key pages on our site. If there are any changes in how we use our site customers’ Personally Identifiable Information, notification by email or postal mail will be made to those affected by the change. Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted on our site 30 days prior to these changes taking place. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis.
13.- Subscription renewals
Schools and teachers may be able to beneift fron especial prices when renewing their subscriptions. Such discounted prices will only apply while the subscription is still active.
