Bablingua21 is a video blog that helps you share what's happening right now in the Spanish-speaking world with your classes.
Students love hearing about current concerts, soccer tournaments, awards, and how traditions are celebrated today.
That’s exactly what you can do with Bablingua21.
🗓 CALENDAR
Bablingua21 returns for the 2025–26 school year on August 29, 2025, with a new program every two days.
There will be a total of 89 programs, each including a self-grading quiz to challenge and assess your students’ comprehension.
-
72 of those programs will feature a palabra del día, and we’ll provide a template to help you create a class dictionary that can decorate your classroom.
-
The other 17 programs will be our traditional 2-week reviews — perfect for reinforcing and expanding what students have learned.
🌟 WHAT’S NEW
We’ll spotlight 16 Hispanic champions over the year to recognize their achievements and contributions.
In March, we’ll run Marzo Loco, a bracket-style contest to choose the Hispanic Person of the Year. Students will try to guess the winner and vote for their favorite.
You’ll get printable posters of the 16 nominees and the full bracket to decorate your classroom.
❓ WHO IS BABLINGUA21 FOR? HOW TO ACCESS THE MATERIALS

I am interested in this site for Spa m is 4 and AP.
Hola Brandy. Thank you for your comment! If you’re the only teacher at your school interested in access, I’d recommend the Individual Teacher Subscription ($99). That plan gives you access to all our materials, including the Bablingua21 programs.
If there are multiple Spanish teachers at your school, the Annual Plan would cover everyone for just $249.
