How can I use Bablingua21?
There’s a new Bablingua21 program every two days, from September 1 to the end of May.
On the day a new program is released, we recommend starting with the included warm-up activity to introduce the topic.
After sharing students’ answers, play the video for the whole class and discuss the essential question at the end of the video.
If you teach Spanish 1/beginners, use Bablingua21 ¡Empezamos! instead.
The new season begins on September 8.
On the following day
Now that students have seen the video, you can assign the included quiz and have them watch the video individually on FlippedSpanish.
You’ll receive their answers, already graded, and be able to see what needs to be reviewed.
By watching these videos every day, your students’ listening comprehension will skyrocket!
Some special days
Bablingua21 also hosts the Persona Hispana del Año contest.
We strongly encourage you to participate with your classes: learn about each nominee, have fun in March predicting the winner, and vote to help choose who will take the title.
Whenever a new nominee is announced, you’ll get an additional self-grading quiz with information and questions about the new candidate.
Dedicate a section of your classroom to the bracket, add to it as new nominees are announced, and decorate it to make your bracket stand out!
